We are a great fast-growing organization looking formultiple enthusiastic sales representatives to help us spread the word anddrive sales with our B2B prospect within a designated geographicterritory. Experience in healthcare sales would be preferred.
Major Areas of Responsibility
- Demonstrates the ability to formulate short and long-term customer plans to achieve sales objectives
- Demonstrates in-depth understanding of product key messages and consistently delivers to customers in a variety of selling situations
- Has the situational awareness to read the environment and adapt their approach based on the circumstances
- Present and deliver information to potential clients
- Generate new business opportunities within hospitals and clinics
Requirements
- 2-4 years of proven sales experience in healthcare industry
- Interpersonal Skills/Competencies
- Motivated self-starter with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Passionate and thrives on challenges
- Strong customer focus and consultative skills, with a proven ability to develop solutions that address customer needs
- Strong business acumen with clear understanding of healthcare sales processes and strategies
- Team player
- Strong computer literacy, public speaking, and organization skills
- Ability to discuss matters within a scientific context
- Fluency in French and English is mandatory
- Must be eligible to work in Canada
Compensation
- Base salary + uncapped earning potential with our generous commission strategy
